Teenagers:  The class is an uplifting, non competitive, mind-expanding, and fun way for teens to build strength, spirit, and self-esteem.

You will develop flexibility, focus, and coordination for a happy, healthy and balanced life.

As a Teenager growing up, every aspect of your life can become a competition: School, sports, being part of the 'crowd', relationships with friends and family.  The vision of life might be cloudy and tough approaching life in a competitive and judgmental way. A way that will bring stress and anxiety.

Yoga can help you to unfold your path and feel healthy in your mind and body.

The teens carry unnecessary stress and apprehension and I believe that yoga is a tool with real life skills to learn, focus and build self-confidence. 

Private lessons in your home with friends, group lessons for your classroom, organised Teens classes at one of our  venues or even a  birthday party can be beneficial to you and your friends.

 

                                                  

You do not need to have experience in yoga. The emphasis is on creating a safe space, introducing you to a variety of positions and teaching you to recognize how YOU are feeling.

You will learn your own body's flexibily and you don’t have to participate in anything that hurts or feels uncomfortable.

The classes will focus on building a foundation of confidence and strength in all students.  Along with the development of physical strength, we will be building inner strength and resilience.
